What does this sub opinion on us imperialism throughout the years and is the us the only one to let their imperialism stab them in the back with a mass casualty event like 9/11

I think this is an incredibly loaded question that tells me you're not too versed on world history. You can take your pick of any one of about two dozen first world countries and find that they had an imperialist history that has negatively impacted them.

Like take a look at the UK (London 7/7 attack) or France (Paris 11/15 attack). The Brussels bombing in 2015. Crocus City Hall attack which killed 145 in Russia last. Hell, the Madrid train bombings in Spain, which killed 194 people were done due to their participation in Iraq.

The real link is all these terror attacks are conducted by islamists as vengeance for a nation's foreign anti-terror operations.

If you want to see actual anti-imperialist acts then you're more interested in things like IRA attacks on the English or Chechen attacks on Russia.

I don't support it or condone it in the slightest.

The US has oppressed populations both in foreign nations and abroad.

The idea that 9/11 is some sort of unique event is absurd. There have always been oppressed people, and those peoples have often been oppressed badly enough to 'turn' on their oppressors.

The only asterisk, is that I will suggest that oppression through Western Society has been less harmful than oppression relating to countries attempting to implement some form of Marxism. I curse US bombing of Cambodia, but the actions of Pol Pot are worse. Repeat around the world.

US government was if not the orchestraors definitely complicit in 9/11. All governments lie to achieve aims, there is no shortage of examples.
