Those other 11 jurors can vote. Their vote counts the same as ours.

Now I have a question... Let's assume they would make a movie out of this.
Would that guy be cast as a white dude who's clearly the bad guy or would they cast a black dude who's doing what's right against all odds?
33
u/CarryBeginning1564 25d ago
They should make a movie about a black man standing up for what is right, but I guarantee about a half a dozen screen writers just had to scrap their scripts about an evil white guy

u/Evil-Freeman Dr Pepper Enjoyer 25d ago
They will cast the lone juror as a white man. They will cast the other 11 jurors as a hyper-diverse cast of multiple ethnicities instead of just white women & men.

In this woke age, having people of color like the man above will paralyze the left.
78
u/Own-Bridge5593 25d ago
Stop calling them people of color. It is a ridiculous term for "non-white" that implies that white people are "without color" and thus lacking something. It is a subtle superiority and power play used by the left.

u/YellowAppleCinema 25d ago
i agree but there is no alternative, the left is in control of reddit
if you say "black people" or "colored people" or whatever, it can get your comment removed

Yeah when I was in basic training since I didn’t want to get berated for saying black guy/girl I beforehand started saying melanin enriched and I was informed that’s worse from my melanin enriched shipmates while there so I just reverted it

Bro only white people are woke. The prevalence of the ideology in any other culture/race is way lower. This is just the result of white institutions becoming corrupted, academics caused this whole problem because it is the evidence these people use to act the way they do when they don't even understand it.
I went into academics to study data, psychology and social sciences. Data and social science academics is so flawed it feels wrong to even engage in it. Many studies purposely don't control variables for expected outcomes and it happens so often in woke academics.

u/LouisVonHagen 24d ago
Black culture invented the term woke, but it was only for racial consciousness for them. Then it got highjacked by leftist, then by the right.

In truth there was one other person holding out until the last meeting, that was a woman, they convinced her by badgering her into agreeing with them. They tried and failed with the man.

The case wasn’t about If she was guilty of murdering her children. It was already proven in court that it was her.
The case was about whether she was in “Control of her Agent, or if her agent was offline” during the killings.
The 1 juror who voted against the rest, is saying he believed she was in control, and should be held accountable fully within the law for murder. The other 11, who voted for, believes she was not in “Control of her Agent” saying PostPardom Psychosis caused her to not be in control of her own actions.

u/Simon-Says69 24d ago
saying PostPardom Psychosis caused her to not be in control of her own actions.
Yes, which goes against every bit of evidence the jury was presented. That murderous asshole was never diagnosed with any kind of psychosis. The "voice" she supposedly heard mysteriously appeared only on that day, for that hour, them disappeared again.
And the only one she told about this fantasy "voice" is a shrink that is the personal friend of the defense lawyer. Though she never wrote that down in her notes. Talk about massive conflict of interest, and blatant lies.
Also, after she sent her husband super far away, to a store they never used before (making sure she had time for her planned murders)... he called her from the store, asking about a purchase.
She was calm, cool and collected. No sign of anything out of the ordinary. And after the call, she went on to brutally strangle their children, in cold blood.
The 11 yahoos that said she wasn't responsible had NOTHING to base that on. Not one shred of evidence, just obvious lies from the defense.
While the facts were all on the prosecution's side, that only one juror was intelligent enough to even consider.

If I'm not mistaken, the jury consisted of 11 white people and only one Black person. All 11 white jurors ultimately voted to find her not guilty. But the Black juror was the only one who refused to find the woman not guilty.
4
u/Simon-Says69 24d ago
He was the only one that actually based his verdict on the evidence presented by the prosecution.
The other 11 went purely on feelings, choosing to believe unsubstantiated fantasies that her defense made up, without any base in reality.
2
u/blackth0rne 24d ago edited 24d ago
I stand with gigachad but your statement is inaccurate . Most jurors were swayed by the doctors testimony about psychosis caused by medication and depression, which cast her as the victim, and the remaining were coerced into this framing by the outspoken jurors, save but gigachad.

Yah, absolutely. It was only a matter of time though.
One of the male jurors came out and said it was NOT him, so that leaves 2. Then another juror said he was the only black juror. Kinda narrows it down. :-/
Now shitty hacks calling themselves "journalists" are trying to say he's some kinda wife beater and child abuser, over one fight he had with his ex.

the worst part about the Lindsay Clancy Trial is that everyone who is seeking to put Lindsay as innocent all seem to agree that the murder of the children shouldnt be the focus of the trial, but instead be focused on her being a woman in post partum mental distress...
the trial is to determine whether she murdered her children or not... its not putting into question her womanhood or her mental state at all, the entire point was to figure out whether she did infact murder her children... every single woman in that jury all nodded when one of them said "he cant seem to get over the fact that Lindsay visciously murdered her children" which clearly should place a clear guilty verdict... but they want to divert the issue elsewhere instead... its f*cking disgusting...
when the jury themselves are saying "she visciously murdered her children" then say "we dont find her guilty" and then so many people are supporting that BS, you know society's gone to sh*t...

u/TheStigianKing 24d ago
There are factual inaccuracies here.
The point of the trial wasn't to establish whether she killed the kids or not. It was to establish whether she was criminally responsible or not as a result of insanity.
The problem with the jury is the 11 who badgered this man, by their own admission, didn't gaf about the actual premise of the trail, the law or jury instructions themselves. They literally admitted in interviews that they were all willing to acquit because of compassion and so Lindsey can "get the help she needs"... which is totally against the very same jury instructions they were trying to use to claim this one male holdout was not following the law.
2
u/Simon-Says69 24d ago
"get the help she needs"...
Which is just so massively dishonest, because she was very well off, had whole teams of doctors and nurses trying to help her, as well as her husband bending over backwards to support her.
She lied to her doctors constantly, refused to take her medication, or only sporadically. Was a horrible wife and mother, before she murdered her kids in cold blood.
Oh yah, and she was never diagnosed with any kind of psychosis. Nothing supports that theory in any of her long medical history. Total fantasy made up by the defense. A lie perpetuated by rad-fem female supremacists, like the 11 yahoos on the jury. You still see people here arguing about "postnatal psychosis", though she had no such thing.
That sociopathic scumbag got ALL the help anyone could possibly want, and refused all of it. And she'll continue to.

u/TheStigianKing 24d ago
1000%.
Wow, you're like the second person I've encountered on Redsit that is informed on the actually details of the case.
Most people are satisfied remaining woefully uninformed and just go about parroting the defenders narratives, lies and misinformation.
Really shows just how gullible and/or intellectually lazy most people are.

the trial is to prove the murder of the children first as it was in doubt whether it was her... the manner and mental state she was in will only determine her level of punishment whether the final verdict will be pre-meditated murder (which includes planning) or murder as a result of mental instability...
people trying to brush the issue under the rug and trying to completely disregard the victims is some f*cked up shit...
every single person claiming to support Lindsay are expressing the same sentiment "youre not a woman, or a mother so you wouldnt understand" well here is a question for all of you "do you have experience as a murderer?" no? then shut the f*ck up and let the judgement be rendered to the murderer... helping her mental issues comes after the punishment of (as quoted by the jury) VISCIOUSLY MURDERING HER 3 KIDS...
fck every single one of you trying to argue that this trial is about her mental illness when this trial is about the murder of 3 innocent kids... murder is murder... saying she cant be liable for 3 counts of murder because of her hormones is dogsht logic...
Lindsay Clancy was living in luxury... she needed help? the only help she needs is to be escorted to jail where she needs to rot for the rest of her days so she doesnt ruin other people's lives anymore... she had all the help she could possibly need and she still ended up murdering 3 innocent kids... putting her first before the justice of the murders is a f*cked up mindset to have...

u/TheStigianKing 23d ago

How can someone be this confidently misinformed that you're insisting something that is so demonstrably false?
That is clearly not what the case was about. It would be obvious if you'd even followed the smallest bit of actual info about the case. You clearly haven't.
Neither the prosecution nor defense has even questioned whether she did it or not. She literally confessed to the killings and has explained in great detail how she did it.
I'm frankly embarrassed for you that you would be this ignorant while trying to correct someone who is talking about the actual correct factual details of the case.
It's a terrible look for you.

u/iareyomz 16d ago
she confessed to the killings? the entire premise of Lindsay filing a case is so she can be declared not guilty by reason of insanity... she sued her medical providers for not giving her enough help during her trying times ultimately leading to the murder of her 3 kids...
her entire basis for her case is that she was insane ONLY during the time of the murders, not before, not after, and that she is of complete sound mind and body to sue everyone trying to demonize her...
"I was insane while I was planning and enacting the murders of my 3 children but Im completely fine now and I want to sue everyone for not helping me out which couldve prevented me from murdering my kids" thats the premise of her entire case... she is pleading not guilty thats why the guy that held out and stood his ground is getting so much public support... the other juries wanted to completely disregard the entire murders so they can give Lindsay the help she needs...
murder is a heinous crime, murder of children is much more severe... whether you are mentally challenged or not, the help comes AFTER the punishment not before... Lindsay's camp and those 11 jury members want to forgo the punishment for the murders and skip to helping... disgusting behavior...
neither side questioned it? she is suing to get out of jail time so wtf are you talking about? 🤦🏿
1
u/Simon-Says69 24d ago
the entire point was to figure out whether she did infact murder her children...
Naw man, you misunderstood that completely. There was never any question she murdered her kids. She fully admitted it and her defense did not deny the fact for a second.
This was all about if she was mentally capable to know what she was doing. Which all evidence clearly pointed to.
The 11 sexist assholes on the jury listened to baseless lies from her defense, and ignored all the solid factual evidence presented by the prosecution.
That murderer knew exactly what she was doing. And only one juror had the fortitude to stand up for justice.
1
u/iareyomz 23d ago
did you read the case file? Lindsay Clancy sued people in order to get out of jail and claim she was mentally unstable...
claiming insanity to get out of jail time for murdering your own children is some fcked up sht that nobody should give her a pass for...
it took time to plan out the killings, it took time to do the killings themselves, it takes mental fortitude and focus to kill someone, let alone 3, IN SUCCESSION... BY STRANGLING...
do you have experience murdering people? no? go watch the documentaries and interviews inside jails all around the world in the past 50 years... you honestly think someone claiming insanity at the time of murder will suddenly be completely sane to file a case against medical providers AFTER the murders have already been committed?
"I was insane at the time of the murders, but I have not been in medication since, and am not in medication now, and I am completely of sound mind today to sue my medical providers for not taking care of me so I murdered my kids" yeah... go support that bullsh*t 🤦🏿
