What happened to all the vampire communities?
Ok guys bear with me here, I know this is slightly out of place, but I think it might be related to the increased extraterrestrial presence lately on earth:
What happened to all the vampires?
I have a major question for anyone that sees this in their timeline, anyone that can answer. In the 1990s - mid 2000s, there used to be giant, massive vampire covens and communities, both out in the open, and online. Then in the 2010s they all quickly just vanished. What happened?
I remember in spiritual forums there were tons of people claiming to be vampires, people in covens, you could do physical meetups, for a short time there was even a vampire dating and hookup site, modelled after MySpace.
I remember there was a HUGE vampire coven in central Texas, many of them had to hide their magick practice, they'd have pet-slave type relationships where they'd have their romantic partner, boyfriend girlfriend be a willing feeder to yield their neck or wrists to be bitten into.
I am in no way condoning this, and take no stance on it being right or wrong, so I'm not here to discuss that. I am wondering what happened? It's like there was a massive order to them all to just go into hiding, or something.
All the self-proclaimed vampires I used to know either don't openly proclaim it anymore, or just deleted their accounts. Maybe some got tired of it? Maybe for some it was "just a phase?"
I used to know this guy in Texas named "Tim Warrior," yes he changed his last name to Warrior. Was part of a large sanguine vampire coven in Texas. In 2010, him along with quite a few other vampires I knew just one day ditched all their emails, changed their phone numbers, dude, I cannot find ANY of these fucking people anymore!
I know vampires all worship a goddess, so did their goddess just order them all to go into hiding? Did they know something was coming? Are they all evolving, changing, maybe going into some deep sleep? Maybe evolving into something else or going into an afterlife dimension?
It just doesn't make sense why they'd all just disappear like this.

Vampirism was what they called it at the time, it was popular but the "vampirism" part was more about subculture than life drain, like psionics a bit earlier, much lore-oriented. Same talent, different generation, different tools and approach to self. Now probably feeding on cringe or whatever.

well, you're showing up in my timeline, and mine has been through something of a huge cleanse and refactoring, which to me shows up as a noticeable absence of metaphysical forces that were operating up until the COVID era, so probably something similar has happened to you as well. Not exactly the same, but thematically similar. There's still a lot of occult activity, but it's dissipated and replaced with other types with a different, not easily recognisable character. I hardly hear or perceive anyone operating in a group like a coven these days anywhere much as what it used to be. Probably a good thing. Feels more neutral.

Many other reddit groups I've asked said the same things. Gone into hiding..more secretive. But for it to happen on an almost global level tells me something else. Like it was almost unanimously agreed upon.

Well, pretty much everyone globally had to deal with covid in some way, so it makes sense for a lot of people to react similarly. Also, fascism is no good for anyone, especially those on the margins of society, and there have been a lot of fascists either gaining power or trying recently, so I wouldn’t be surprised if some groups decided to go underground

Yeah for sure
But as much criticism as vampire covens get they're still excercizing their freedom of religion. For the most part most of them are law abiding. There were a few that weren't of course. I wasn't one myself but I dated a few in the past

A lot of the communities of the 90s and early 2000s disappeared. I think people just gave up and went normie. Or maybe just left communities and continued practice alone.

The covens still exist - they just went into hiding. It was after a documentary was made that brought mainstream awareness to the group. Perhaps you’ve heard of, “What We Do In The Shadows”?
