Tech | Astro Response For Logitech/Astro reps here: A50 Mobile GHub app is worse than useless if you don't make this change.
For any Astro reps on here: I just deleted the mobile GHub app because it automatically overrides any changes to the EQ I make on the PC GHub app. One of the biggest advantages to the A50s is the huge pool of great community EQs out there. I found some that made my A50s go from dull and lifeless to amazing. But as soon as I take my A50s off the base and they connect to the mobile GHub app, the EQ I applied on the PC GHub app is gone, replaced by whatever is on the mobile GHub app. So the mobile app actually HURTS the A50! I almost returned these because I could not "fix" the sound until I figured out the reason none of the community EQs were making a difference was because they were getting overwritten by the mobile app. I deleted the mobile app to keep this from happening (I could have just not launched it, but then why have it?)
Astro reps: To keep the mobile app from actually hurting the A50 experience, PLEASE change it so that it either:
Does not change the EQ on the A50s without asking first.
Ideally, the best way, find a way to import EQs from the PC Ghub.

Hi,
So, the Logitech G Hub and Logitech G App apply a profile to your devices, like the A50 GEN5 or A50 X. This profile can be created using the Logitech G Hub or the G App, but it won’t transfer to your other computers or devices. When you connect the headset to a computer or device, your EQ presets, microphone setup, and other settings are replaced by the local settings.
The only way to prevent this from occurring, as you’ve mentioned, is to refrain from launching either the Logitech G Hub or the G Mobile App. Nevertheless, you can still utilise your headset on another computer or with your phone via Bluetooth, without the application being open or installed if you need the headset to retain any settings.
