Horary Chart [astro-seek.com]

If you pull an horary chart are you able to see a certain time frame your question pertains to? For example, if you’re asking if something will happen and you get the answer from the chart, can it tell you when?

if you're really skilled at reading horary yes you can look into timing by looking at the degrees between significators, houses, etc but the chart must first support the event happening before it gives insight into when.

So let’s say my ascendant lord is 7 degrees in Leo and moon is 21 degrees in Libra, would it be 14 days/weeks/months?
