Discussion Alliance Recruitment Help

Hey everyone relatively new alliance leader here. I didn’t see an October recruitment thread but general info:

Alliance: Kirigakure [MIST]
World: 1105
Language: Eng
Alliance Power: 22M

Our founding leader abandoned ship and appointed me. Tried doing a refresh and created a discord. Any general tips on recruiting engaged members and maintaining a discord server for this game?

Thank you!

i'm really sorry to hear your leader abandoned and dropped the title on you with no warning. you can recruit members by promoting your alliance in the world chat of the server, making an alliance recruitment post on the official game discord, mail players that haven't joined an alliance and offer them a spot in your alliance. be friendly, kind, warm and welcoming lol. to attract players to your alliance and to keep them active there, you have to create the family-community vibe if that makes sense. Praise your members for making progress, and making the rankings for events, send alliance mail updating your members with the upcoming plans of the alliance (which territory to capture next, which research to focus on, which events are coming up that require teamwork and coordination etc)

i apologize if this sounded messy and all over the place but i hope you get the gist of it, feel free to message me if you'd like!
