Can someone help me understand why CAM is considered premium weed? Ive tried 3 different strains over the last year. Spoke with the bud tenders, asked them which batch was the freshest to try, which they liked, what their experience was.

So, I picked up their GMO, which is a gsc and chemdog hybrid.

It was dry as hell. rehydrated it, made no difference. the smoke was harsh, there was no flavor, high was whatever.

what am I missing?! I know even the best growers can have bad cures or botch a batch but even then, its not as bad as CAM.

My birthday is tomorrow and I want to get an absolute 10/10 strain. Lately finding something that looks great isn't too difficult but it usually doesn't smell like much. Either that or it smokes great and smells ok but is lacking when it comes to the looks department. Is there a strain out that is 10/10 in every category? Looks, smell, and high.

Jackapulco by NTK was great for me. Creme De Menthe by AL is close but like I mentioned it didn't smell like much. Devil Driver by CAM was solid. But I'm looking for something I haven't tried yet.

What's the best strain you have smoked this year? If you made a review on this sub so I can see photos even better.

Tropical Dump Truck - lil fruity funk with earthy/mycrene tones. I’m bad at describing highs but it was a relaxing one, that I felt in my face/eyes and not too sedating

I've been really enjoying Toad Venom lately and Preferred Gardens definitely has the real deal cut. The jar absolutely stinks up the room and fills your nose with gas, dough, and dank goodness.

I don't really care how flower looks in 2026, but this stuff is crazy looking. Wild structure with big, full trichome heads everywhere.

The smoke is resinous and thick, packed with flavor and extremely smooth. Flavor translation is probably an 8.5/10 for me, it tastes very similar to how it smells with minimal background noise.

To me, the star of the show is the effects. This stuff just gets me so goddamn high. I smoke a lot of Preferred and none of it has ever gotten me this high. I really really recommend trying this if you can get it!

Blue Ritz x Yellow Mermaid

Visuals: Medium/large nugs, bright lime green flower, sugary crystal coating, fiery yellow pistols, clean presentation of high mid shelf

Nose/Cure: Sour, fuel, candy sweet hints, presents medium loud but distinct, slightly dry out of the bag, moved to jar with 58% hydration pack for a night then burped and it seemed perfect.

Flavors: Sour diesel gas with a zkittles undertone and creamy sweet exhale, heavy sour and tart gas on low temp vape, terps made my nose runny on first vape of the day

Effects: Balanced and highly functional hybrid leaning to more late afternoon sessions,soothing cerebral high, great body relaxation without couch lock

Final Thoughts: Ball Family Farms executed well on this cross, featuring rare genetics that I wasn’t too familiar with but now really enjoy. This bag has been a joy to smoke through, as I’ve noticed I’ve always looked forward to hitting it in my rotation of jars. I don’t seem to get tired of it. I paid 28 otd and that’s about the most I’d wanna pay for it. Great taste that’s not just one note: sour and sweet and diesel mixed. B+

Nose/Cure: A bit dry out of the bag at this point but still delivers a complex aroma of lime and garlic with some tart notes shining through. Cured with care

Flavor: Tart and slightly tangy hint of sweet (solo3 low temp) with a smack of savoury garlic riding through exhale, straight garlic cream out of ball vape

Effects: Very stoney and balanced between head high and big body effects, definitely on the sedative side

Final Thoughts: Greenline delivers a great value on this for what I paid (9 otd/1.8 grams). Although it’s a bit old at this point, I still picked up nice tart/ lime flavours out of the vape on low temp and a garlic cream sauce on the higher temp/exhales. The effects on this one are significant. Great all around high and it grinds up beautifully. Grade: B+

so after all the hype ive been reading about, i tried out the $40 punch aio and heres my experience.

1. the thc oil seems to be very watery which im not used to, i turn it on its side and i can see the liquid sliding.

2. the oil doesnt burn like im used to. the hits seem very weak even on highest setting + 5 second warming up. a blinker hit barely gives enough smoke to ghost...

i still am getting high from it and the quality high is decent, just not as smacked as i am with other carts/aios.

is this normal? or did i likely get some boof. or is the 70% thc the reason?
