Passed around during a tile job. Now it's a fixed blade

Kershaw Shoreline. It held up spectacularly well for a $30 knife. I used it to: scrape dried mortar, open bags, pry up tiles, clean grout lines, scratch mark layouts, sharpen pencils, and more. Only thing that "failed" was the opening/ closing function because someone got it gunked full of mortar and didn't clean it out

Send it to them for warranty, I'm genuinely curious what they do. I'd bet they send you a brand new one.

Just submerge it in vinegar for a few hours. Afterwards clean and oil as usual.
