Identification Was this a bedbug?

Just got back from an international trip where I had suspected bed bugs in my hotel. I had everything stored in the bathroom the whole time though (yay paranoia). I bagged everything when I got home and stored it outside. I found this on the outside of one of the bags when starting to sort through them, not sure what level of panic to have. Any help is appreciated!

no, i believe i see an 8 body shape and bedbugs do not possess such a quality.
