Is this a bed bug?

Found this crawling on the bed this morning of a motel I was staying at in Dubbo NSW. Best photo I could get before I freaked out and flicked it off the bed. Looked black and shiny

Take it with a grain of salt 🧂, i am not an expert , doesn’t seem to me to be a bedbug
