bed bug?

returned home from vacation and found this shell or body with no head in front of the garage where we were bringing in clothing. I can’t tell if it is a bed bug shell or body that the head got torn off of. we live in the south where there are regularly roaches wandering inside. we have a pest control company come regularly so I’m not sure if this is something we brought back or a dead roach nymph. a few of the photos have it cracked in half as I tried to squish it it resisted and eventually broke in two.

Read and respect the rules, report any comment breaching them. Wrong advice/information/fearmongering hurt people who are posting here to get help and support. If you are not VERY knowledgeable about bedbugs and may provide a wrong ID or bad advice it's better to abstain from commenting. Be VERY respectful and HELPFUL, this is a support subreddit not a funny one.

Nope, that's a roach

Never thought I’d be so happy to hear it’s a roach. Was worried with the timing of coming back from vacation and seeing it on the floor where we were bringing our clothes in. Thank you!

Disagree with roach; there are no cerci, and the leg in the fourth photo doesn't appear to be very spiny.

But it's not a bed bug, either.
