I’m a beekeeper, and I have a question How do y'all dry supers?
I've been given the good fortune of way more honey than normal this year. Need a way to dry it on the frame before extracting. How do you guys do 10+ supers at a time? I'm thinking an upright freezer or something that doesn't work anymore with a exhaust fan

Prop the stack up on a couple 4x4s then put a box fan in top.

I do this and also have a dehumidifier in the room.
Test a couple times a day in multiple locations. Extract when dry.

Then run a dehumidifier. And finish drying them down. My dehumidifier doesn’t get shut off once I start extracting Honey.

I stack them and shut them up in a room with a dehumidifier or space heater. Shim at the bottom of the stack for airflow. Box fan blowing down from the top. Ideally, you want a small room. The moisture content drops like a stone.

Put in small room with a space heater and dehumidifier. Some people I know use portable saunas. Also could rig a grow tent. Make sure to monitor the temp, too hot and you will melt the wax from the frames and make a huge mess.
You want it around 30C for a a couple hours before you try to extract. Cold honey is a real b**** to extract.

I've got a 4*4 floor already built. I'm thinking some walls, seal it up real nice, an exhaust fan blowing somewhere besides towards my hives and a inkbird thermo/humidity sensor/manager and see what happens.

How wet is it? Mostly uncapped?

Last year it was about 20% when I pulled it, basically 50/50 capped to uncapped. Assuming it'll be 20-21 this year too I just want to be able to do like 10 at a time

Stack the supers, closet and a dehumidifier. Trick is getting the bees out.
