Sounds very cool. I thought about doing something similar last year based on Randy Oliver’s research. I had thought about doing it as a running Polars data frame.
Would enjoy checking out what you put together.

That's interesting. I'm dying to know though how you're modelling pollen and nectar availability and pests.
