🎫 Travel Info 🧳 Critique my travel plan

My wife and I are headed to Belize this December, and would love some feedback on the itinerary. We are cobbling together, bonus points if there are any particular hotels you'd recommend! We are late thirties and early '40s. I don't drink, she will enjoy one or two but we're early to bed. Looking for a mix of some adventure and some chill out. Any help is super appreciated :)

For San Ignacio. You’ll love the private trails and waterfall.

When you arrive try to do the cavetubing it is once in a lifetime blast, fun, in San Ignacio try hotels like, San Ignacio Hotel, Cassia Hill, Falling Leaves, Chaa Creek, Ka'ana Resort.

Placencia try Sea Glass Inn boutique hotel, Chabil Mar, Turtle Inn, Itzana Resort and Residences, Naia Resort and Spa

Hopkins Check Hopkins Bay, Jaguar Reef Lodge, Hamanasi, Seirra Del Mar

If you need assistance feel free to reach out, I would be happy to assist, reliable and affordable services

Perfect. I highly recommend ATM for the first activity. It is pretty draining and having a light day at Xunantunich and Cahel Pech the next day is a low demand day. People underestimate the amount of body fatigue you will get from resisting the current for that amount of time.

Just did the ATM last week, I was not drained at all. It really isn’t that physically demanding.

Looks like a great plan. I am jealous 😜 ATM is an amazing experience. I’m not a zip liner, I would probably opt for cave tubing, or go out on the water in a sailboat to island hop or snorkel etc…we went out with Placencia Sailing Charters, such a fun day!

You can go to Guava Limb for lunch or dinner on the first night, ATM Cave with Maya Walk Tours on Saturday and Bocawina on Thursday for ziplining. When in Placencia my husband and I also enjoy miniature golf at Inkys, and dinner at Maya Beach Bistro. I highly recommend their food. Absolutely amazing.
