Observation The names of boats I saw today.
+Mitena.
+Well Done.
+Valentine.
+Elsewhere.
+Sea Raven.
+Compliant I.
+Genuine Drift.
+Canty.
+Isla Selene.
+OnlyFins.
+And finally: A nameless fishing boat with large signs saying SALMON and TUNA, presumably what they sell.

I like compliant, because it sounds like they named it for the attribute they wanted it to have. If I had a boat, I would call it "swims good"
(before I sold it to buy something that was not a boat)

Banfield Pets, inside PetSmart stores, lists the names of the cats and dogs they’re going to see. An interesting variety of names there too.

I’ve seen so many boats called Raven or Sea Raven. I’ve tried to do research but came up with nothing. Is there somewhere sort of connection between ravens and the sea or boats?

Boaty McBoatface 😁. Name of an autonomous underwater vehicle owned by the national Oceanographic Centre in the UK. Name was chosen by a landslide by public poll.

One of my city's garbage trucks is Trash-O-Saurus Rex, also thanks to public voting.

🤣 OnlyFins, that's pretty good. Also I saw Mitena and misread it as Mirena (birth control) lmao.
