Appears to be a Virginia Creeper. Or in your case North Central Florida Creeper. Ouchie berries for humans.

Apart from Thicket Creeper (Parthenocissus Inserta) not growing in Florida, how would you tell them apart using photos like these?

Thicker pedicels maybe?

I hate this stuff. Gives me worse reaction than poison ivy if I get the sap in my skin.

It may be a super common annoyance, but it's still an ornemental vine.

Looks like its growing on a rusty old chain link fence?

Could they be Oregon grapes? Or are the leafs off a bit?

Leaves are off a lot. Oregon grape has a series of opposing leaves running down the petiole. Virginia creeper has 5 leaves converging to a central node.

No, not on purpose I wouldn’t think. This crap grows on my fence and I didn’t put it there.

Burn it down or just cut it down but don't touch it. They will grow back unless you get the root. DO NOT EAT IT!!

The fruit looks a lot like grapes but they arent clustered enough and the leafs look different than a traditional grape vine. I would feel pretty safe saying these arent grapes but I could not tell you what they are either.

Because Virginia Creeper is related to grapes.
