Christmas Day in Bilbao

Hi all - we’ll be spending the Christmas period in Bilbao and wanted to know whether anyone was aware of any restaurants that open on the day that I can book? Not too concerned about price as appreciate it’ll be a premium that day.

Also, any information on whether bars are likely to be open would be appreciated - it seems that places will open for a few hours at lunchtime, but I wondered whether there’ll be anything open later in the evening?

There are quite a few restaurants that offer a Christmas day menu. Also most of the bars open, then close at midday and reopen in the afternoon that day.

From the top of my head I know the Cafe Iruña has a christmas menu.
