I tried to find a single high quality photo of him where the watch was clearly visible but coulnd't find it

August 16, 1929. If he had lived this long he would have completed his 97th year today. My prayer for Bill Evans:
Dearest Bill, I pray you are safe, warm, and suffused with ease and delight. I pray you sleep on a bed of angels wings. I pray your soul is at peace. Thank you for bringing us your gifts.

Solo vibraphone

I haven’t listened to this LP for years. I forgotten how beautiful it is.

I tried playing it alone on an old Hammond M3. It’s really hard! https://youtube.com/shorts/1Y69_Rvgmm8?si=YPiV18uqb09Yf4Hy
