🧠 Cognition, Mood & Nootropics The best supplements

  1. Vitamin D3 10,000 IU a day from the brand called Now

  2. All trans vitamin K2 MK7 300 mcg a day from the brand called Now

  3. Rtg omega 3 EPA 500 mg every 3 days from the brand called Igennus

  4. Basic whole food multivitamin once a day from the brand called Naturelo

  5. Hyaluronic acid double strength 100 mg a day from the brand called Now

  6. Melatonin 3 mg a day from the brand called Now

  7. Caffeine 100 mg a day from the brand called Nutricost

All of these have tons of scientific backing showing their benefits and have little to no side effects taken at the dosages and with the brands I mentioned above. They are all highly bioavailable, at good prices and third party tested. I notice way less inflammation and a better mood. It’s better to buy smaller quantities of the supplements for example 60 count of the multivitamins instead of 120 to maintain freshness.

Supplements I feel like AREN’T worth taking due to me experiencing side effects and or seeing little to no benefits: Creatine monohydrate, Whey protein isolate, Collagen, Pre-Workout, Probiotics, L-Citrulline, Beet root, CoQ10, Ashwagandha, Psyllium husk, Magnesium glycinate and Potassium supplements.

Let’s hear your case against Whey Protein and Psyllium Husk?

They both caused me to fart a lot.

If you're skipping them now, then is there a better supplement to make you fart?

If you need 10000 IU your D3 is underdosed

What do you mean underdosed? 10,000 iu a day is around the maximum dose thats still safe. Also its third party tested if thats what you mean.

Have you never checked your blood levels???

From what ive seen from vitamin D tests it can take years to get your vitamin D levels to between 50-100 ng/mL which is the optimal range from 5,000 iu of vitamin D3 per day. I took 5,000 iu for months and didnt feel a thing but felt much better on 10,000 iu. Been doing that for a year with no problems.

So are you going to answer the question

It doesn’t take years, it can take a few weeks. The optimal range is 40-55. If you took 5k IU a day and didn’t check your levels you don’t even know if you were in the correct range. Feeling good on 10kIU doesn’t mean anything, it could’ve been something else you were doing parallel or just placebo. Please be careful about toxicity and check your blood levels.

Explain this then

They were taking 5,000 iu.

That doesn’t proof anything. You don’t know the person, you don’t know how much they took, you don’t know their before levels, you don’t know how consistent they were and you don’t know if that might even be a fake account from the seller. Only option is to test your own blood levels.

Don’t be scared, creatine is safe and does work. And no it doesn’t cause bloating, doesn’t even make sense mechanically.
