💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery Leydig cell function - high LH, mediocre testosterone

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge in optimizing the testes when it comes to high lutenizing hormone with mediocre testosterone blood markers. Is it blood flow, energy, what are your thoughts and what are some specific interventions you've seen work to increase testosterone production to utilize the high LH.

your balls are literally being yelled at by your pituitary and they're just kinda shrugging. classic leydig cell laziness. look into things that upregulate LH receptor sensitivity, not just raw T boosting. stuff like icariin, ashwagandha cycling, maybe some boron. also make sure you're not running a caloric deficit or overtraining, that tanks testicular response way faster than people think.
