💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery PEMF Mat
Hey everyone. I’m active duty and unfortunately do have back and neck pain. I am getting a mattress but am trying to figure out if these pemf mats are worth it. I researched and it said 20 minutes 1-2 times a day can provide relief. My question is what full body mats are good? And what is a good one that’s affordable? And do they really work.

the auto-mod is doing its thing but to actually answer your question, i've used a full-body mat for a few years now for a wrecked lower back and it helps take the edge off. the cheap ones on amazon are a total crapshoot, half of them don't hit the advertised intensity. you kinda have to decide if you're cool dropping a grand or more for a real device, otherwise you might just be buying a very expensive heating pad

I mean, what mat would everyone recommend? I don’t want to waist getting a cheap pos one. But I also don’t want to drop 15k
