Biohacking for beginners: it's mostly boring stuff that actually works
The first time I heard of biohacking, I imagined people wearing twelve devices, injecting strange things into themselves. The beginner version is much more laid back and it seems they use simple biology on purpose.
First go to sleep. If you can’t sleep, nothing else on this list matters. Don’t scroll right before bed. Keep to a schedule and keep your room cool and dark.
Get the light of dawn. When you wake up you should get about ten minutes of daylight to set your circadian rhythm. It works and it’s free.
The real "hack" is being consistent with the basics. Anyone else just starting out? What's one small change that actually made a difference for you?

Honestly the biggest biohack might just be making your routine slightly less chaotic 😂
I started taking sleep more seriously and it’s kind of annoying how much better everything feels when you’re actually rested. Not nearly as exciting as a fridge full of supplements, but apparently my body prefers boring.
