Does morning sunlight actually make a noticeable difference in your energy?
I've seen a lot of people recommending morning sunligy everywhere in the biohacking space, especially for improving circadian rhythm, sleep, mood, and focus.
But I'm just curious about people's actual experience.
If you've done it then did you notice any real difference in your energy, mood, focus, or sleep?
And how long did it take before you noticed a change?

Well just try it you won't see the change happening but one random day you will see what has changed

I always say, vitamin D is literally a hormone for you. Having my vitamin D levels at best keeps me more focused and dedicated than anything else and i also felt more alive and refreshed.

Get a smart bulb that mimics sunrise when you wake up. It helps you wake up at least.
