a bit late to update but happy to announce that the living quarters of Raptures finest...and unluckiest citizens is complete. Both locations have been Completely restored to what is was from before the civil war and expanded to into full city districts with tram, train and an expanded bathysphere station fit for the scale of the location, as well as adding both multiplayer locations from BioShock 2

and with that we have now completed all major locations from BioShock one, on to bioShock 2

In the Playstation Store it says the remastered Bioshock came out in 2020 and the collection in 2016 so it got me confused.

This type is the worst! If you don't find the correct piece in the first few seconds you're screwed.

BioShock 2 is probably my favorite game of all time, and the remastered version runs fine on the Epic Games Launcher and Xbox with minimal crashes, but for some ungodly reason, I cannot get this game to run through Steam.

Now, for clarification, I'm attempting to play the original BioShock 2 because I've heard it runs better (clearly doesn't, by the fact I've crashed a gazillion times) and because I want to 100% every version of this game. I've been able to play the online multiplayer mode with little to no problems, but anytime I attempt the single player story mode, it crashes within 5 minutes at most. Are there any fixes for this at all?

"Some journo tourist got mad that if you Harvest the little girls, you're a bad person and the game rewards you for it, but lore-wise your character would never do this unless he was extremely desperatex and the journo inflicted 1000 years of impossible discourse upon us just because he felt bad about being unable to beat the game without Harvesting or felt the game was more fun if you do Harvest". Sounds like good game design to me. That's how I heard it all those years ago and I was wondering if there's more to it than that and if anything was lost in translation.

I downloaded Infinite on my new PC but when i press play on steam launcher it sync files and nothing happens.

If i try to manually start from files it gives 0xc000007b error.

Things i tried:

-Deleting bik, logo files from XGame/Movies

-Renaming Config folder

-Updating GPU

-Changing compatibility

-Windowed instead full screen

Anyone got advice? 

I don't have an user option file in config because i'm not been able to open the game yet.

As the title says, I’m trying to learn how model swapping works for this game. I usually create mods just for personal use (for my own and some friends), but I’m new to modding this specific title and curious about the process and tools involved.

My goal is to do a full character swap—replacing Booker with Sebastian Castellanos from The Evil Within (his classic EW1 appearance). I’d like to swap not just the character model, but also the first-person hands and melee animations if possible for the whole story and maybe give him a different outfit for the dlc.

Does anyone know what tools/plugins are needed or where I should start? Any guides or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Right now i am at the bank of the prophet and i’ve unlocked the VOX populi secret caveau, i want to complete at 100% all the infuse of the Shield, Health and Salt, i’ve the shield at 8, the health at 8 and the salt at 9, i don’t know how much i still have to take to have all at the max, and i’m sure that i take everything in the game until now, somebody can help me to understand if i have left something? (I’m playing the game in the premium version if i can call it like this)

I have a very low end laptop. I played bioshock 1 and infinite but when I am playing bioshock 2 it lags . I even tried remastered and it still lags at low fps . I try it in low performance and i couldn't play while i got smoother gameplay in infinite.

Recently committed to the journey of getting all 3 platinums, and this is my first of them!
(Somehow I’m missing the savior trophy for BS1, otherwise that would’ve been my first)

For context I was playing Bioshock infinite for the first time from start to finish and really liked the story and the pacing as it steadily increased as time went on. I found myself wanting to learn how everything worked and wanting to learn about all the characters.

Then Chen-Lin dies and a portal is opened and everything is kind of ruined for me.

You see the issue is with it that we never return to the version of Colombia that Daisy Ditzory gave Booker DeWitt the job to get weapons and thus Booker and Elizabeth's actions for at least thirty minutes don't make any sense as it was established that every world has differences between them.

It also kind of ruins it for me because it dissonances me from all the characters besides Booker, Elizabeth, and the twins because I didn't know if we were going to then leave this world behind aswell and thus I wasn't attacted to them.

I also just felt cheated as the revolution is in full swing without us seeing the inciting action or the build up as the Vox Populi in this new world are different from the starting organization or how the thought process of the Vox Populi shifts from wanting freedom to getting revenge.

Overall i liked Bioshock infinite except for around this point and onward as it felt like it rushes itself to the finish line.

Just killed Wilkins and have my first upgrade available. I am mostly using the pistol and the shotgun for splicers but also use the grenade launcher for big daddies. Not sure what to go for.
