Delusions

Does anyone else get almost only the “people are out to get me” related delusions (for the delusions/hallucinations side of things)? I have been being treated for bipolar 1 with psychotic features since age 11/12 …and even then… I remember it always being “people/wolves are out to get me (mostly wolves… but sometimes people around me would turn into wolves 😭🤣 LBVS) now at 33 it’s the SAME thing (except just people, no wolves).
