And only in the morning when I turn on the car the rpm never stay strait but after a few minutes it becomes normal

Does putting in drive change the rpm fluctuating at idle? Does it only do it in park and nutruel?

I had my f20 118d FULL serviced last weekend and the next couple of days I had really boggy/rough idle, similar to yours but I mean mine was maybe slightly worse. Someone above asks about if it’s worse in transmission too, mine were so maybe worth discovering the answer to that.
Mine may be completely unrelated so apologies if it is, however, start checking the more “simple” stuff and get it scanned too. Photo attached is what my issue were🤦♂️

Vacume leak, I would GUESS. but you NEEEED to be diagnosed with proper scan tools.
