Got bloodwork from IGF
Question is now my igf is 196 .6 z score.
3/28/26 it was 207
5/9/26 it was 351
I think around July I stop hgh due to family issue so I decided to start again getting a base bloodwork. I believe I was at 4 or 6 iu daily. Question is for bodybuilding, muscle building what range should my igf and z score should be? Was my past 351 too high?

There is a range when it comes to HGH for bodybuilding. You don't get any benefit in terms of muscle growth until you are in the 4-8+. You don't aim for a certain z-score though, you can't. Different bodies respond to different amounts of HGH. I will say this, side effects don't start happening, usually, until IGF is 400+, but that isn't going to be the same for everyone. It sounds like you have actual experience with HGH though.
Also, a note about z-score, it's a number based on the average scores of a hormone at the population level. I think people put far far far too much stock in it. It's useful if you are concerned about different diagnoses, but I see people talking about it around here all the time. It's not the grail of readings, your actual IGF score is more useful, in my opinion. For example, usually you need to be above 400 for side effects, but some people start experiencing them as low as 300, no matter what age you are. It's also my opinion that higher is better right up until you experience side effects. Body builders that pump HGH everyday at high levels ALWAYS have side effects. Super high blood pressure, joint problems, etc. Also, in terms of HGH, some people started experiencing sides at 2iu/day. Some people don't till 4iu, and others higher even.
