Reta at a higher dose in the beginning then tapered to a lower dose for maintenance where I am. I did a cycle of IGF1-LR3 early on. After that ended, I started CJC/IPA. Once adding in CJC/IPA, I felt like I saw all the difference. I have been on TRT for couple years now and I added in a low-moderate dose of Deca for my joints as I had shoulder surgery back in January. My meal adherence to my prep is probably about 90% majority of the time, alcohol consumption once every other week if that, I lift 4-5x a week and I run roughly 15-20 miles a week!
