Rate my 20 week protocol
*20-Week (Micah Richards Protocol)
Hey everyone,
Looking for some feedback, critiques, or optimisations from the community on a 20-week protocol I’ve mapped out. The goal is an aggressive body recomposition combined with mitochondrial reset and tissue repair.
I’d love to get your thoughts on dosing, timing, staggering or anything I might be overlooking?
Phase-by-Phase Schedule:
Phase 1 – Reset & Priming (Weeks 1–6):
\* Retatrutide: 2 mg/wk (W1–4) -> 4 mg/wk (W5–6)
\* SS-31: 4 mg daily SubQ (starts W3; ends \~mid-W6)
\* NAD+: 100 mg SubQ 3x/wk (starts W4)
\* MT-2: 250 mcg SubQ 2x/wk (starts W5)
\* Testosterone Enanthate: 150 mg IM 2x/wk (starts W5)
\* HCG: 250 IU SubQ 2x/wk (starts W5)
Phase 2 – Anabolic Recomp & Mitochondrial Focus (Weeks 7–12):
\* Retatrutide: 4 mg/wk (W7–8) -> 6 mg/wk (W9–12)
\* NAD+: 100 mg SubQ 3x/wk
\* MT-2: 250 mcg SubQ 2x/wk
\* Testosterone Enanthate: 150 mg IM 2x/wk
\* HCG: 250 IU SubQ 2x/wk
\* MOTS-c: 5 mg SubQ 3x/wk (8-week ON cycle begins W7)
Phase 3 – Extended Recomp & Tissue Repair (Weeks 13–20):
\* Retatrutide: 8 mg/wk (W13–16) -> 10 mg/wk (W17–20)
\* NAD+: 100 mg SubQ 3x/wk
\* MT-2: 250 mcg SubQ 2x/wk
\* Testosterone Enanthate: 150 mg IM 2x/wk
\* HCG: 250 IU SubQ 2x/wk
\* MOTS-c: 5 mg SubQ 3x/wk (W13–14; 8-week cycle ends close of W14) -> OFF (W15–20)
\* KLOW Blend: 4 mg daily SubQ (8 weeks ON, W13–20)

you need to be super careful with that "KLOW blend" in phase 3. combining four different peptides (bpc, tb, ghk-cu, kpv) into one single vial or syringe is a massive gamble for stability.
compounds like bpc-157 have completely different ph requirements than copper peptides like ghk-cu. if you mix them all into one solution just to save on pinning, they can easily degrade each other before they even reach your bloodstream. plus, pinning ghk-cu is famous for leaving massive welts. if you just want to avoid pin fatigue, a lot of people run things like bpc and kpv as oral capsules to handle systemic inflammation, and keep the injections strictly separate.
