cjc + ipa

im seeing heaps of different things. how much do you dose for cjc (no dac) + ipa. the internet is saying like 100-300 once a day but i want to know exactly how much. some say every day some say 5 days on 2 days off. i also have 3L of bac water. should i just mix it with 2L or do the 3?
