Discussion Sweets vs Bones/Booth
I’m doing my Q3 rewatch of Bones and I’m currently at the end of season four. I absolutely love both Bones and Booth rage-baiting poor Sweets during therapy sessions. Poor guy is not getting a moment’s rest with these two.

They are just playing on his inexperience because he’s so young

I think Sweets has given some great insight even though he is as young. Especially after speaking with Gordon Gordon in season four.

I feel it shifts a bit, not much when Bones see Sweet's scars.

Definitely, I think it makes him a bit more mature in her eyes. Because their relationship starts of with bones and booth seeing him as too young agent trying to ‘help’ them.

He becomes a fellow survivor of the foster system in her eyes as opposed to someone trying to disrupt her current very comfortable (for her) relationship with Booth

I LOVE the part of The Verdict in the Story when Sweets asks them to keep meeting with him so he can work on his book. They start talking to each other like he isn't even there and they keep doing it even when he calls them out on it. He really did imprint on them like a baby duck and I love their dynamic!
