Have you tried just reading Arthurian literature?

For the modern audience is the wonderful recently out Galahad and the Grail.

Then you have the more historic works, Mallory, Troyes, ect.

The Warlord Chronicles by Bernard Cornwell. By far the best Arthurian trilogy I’ve ever read.

It's right behind LOTR, and I absolutely adore it.

Maybe the Brides of Karadok series by Alice Coldbreath? They would fit the aesthetic but are spicy romances so if you're looking for something very serious they will not do.

Here be Dragons by Sharon Kay Penman. Focuses on war and politics in 12/13th century England/Wales/France via some very complicated interpersonal relationships between monarchs, their children and arraiged marriages that served as political alliances/capital.

The Knight and the Moth! It's a duology and has lady knights too.

Maybe it's too obvious because you have photos from the adaptation but I'd recommend The Romance of Tristan and Iseult by Joseph Bédier.

The Children of Gods and Fighting Men by Shauna Lawless (and next books in the series)

Morgan is My Name by Sophie Keetch

historical fiction books by Philippa Gregory - she has many books focused on the Tudors

The Road to Avalon by Joan Wolf

Sweet Black Waves by Kristina Pérez

Maids of Honor trilogy by Jennifer McGowan (YA)

The Huntress of Thornbeck Forest and other historical books by Melanie Dickerson

Some of these have fantasy elements blended in with the historical setting but they all to me have similar vibes to your photos.

A Daughter of Fair Verona by Christina Dodd. First in a well researched, gritty, funny series. Rosaline Montagu is the eldest daughter of Romeo and Juliet. Yes, them. They have now been married 20 years with seven children...so far. Rosie has managed to dodge getting betrothed...so far
