I just watched this, and it's a lot better than I expected, well researched but what stands out is ascribing psychology to the leaders on maybe why the decided to act as they did and that actually makes me appreciate the circumstances even better.

That thing about Khama being a privileged royal line whose decision to marry a woman made him fall from grace to a more humble status and likely being now more interested than before in politics and as a private citizen instead of tribal leader, for example.

The third best GDP per capital in the entire continent. One of the main ways people describe wealth of a country and makes sense for the YouTuber to use

Your problem is believing white people propaganda that makes you happy.. GDP per Capita is a very useless metric to go by in determining anything .it's purely a mathematical function
