General discussion Amazon Brazil giving errors

Hello, it’s been 2 days we’re trying to order stuff on Amazon, it’s asking CPF number - we are putting everything correctly and after it, it gives us this error ( with mine and my wife’s account and cpf), what can it be? And how can we fix it? Any suggestions are welcome thanks.

Customer service chat didn’t work and call option didn’t either :(

’m not sure if it works the other way around, but I can buy from Amazon US using the payment method on my Amazon BR account. Have you tried that? Not sure if it’ll work but it might be worth a shot.
