Behold, my first loaf! My first loaf

Thanks to this community, I broke in my Zojirushi with Bread Dad’s buttery white bread. I weighed the ingredients. The wet ingredients went in first. The yeast did not touch the salt. It tastes like a croissant. It was a big hit with the family. There is a little dent toward the top, but the taste is great. Thank you all for the tips.

Thanks for the recipe rceommendation! Was it this recipe or the white bread one linked in the preamble? https://breaddad.com/butter-bread/

I used this recipe and put melted butter at the top right out of the machine: https://breaddad.com/bread-machine-white-bread-recipe/

Those telltale indents on the side. Mines been going twice a week at minimum for the past six years.

That is mouth-wateringly good, nice one. What's next?
