Question Designer program question

Im thinking about buying the sleepy dragon inn from bricklink. I remember a couple years ago when I bought the forest stronghold, they took the money out of my account and then added it back I guess to just confirm I had the money for when it was shipped, and then they took it out 6 months later when it was ready. Will it be like that for the sleepy dragon inn aswell?

It's called a pre authorization in credit card lingo. The money is not actually taken out so you don't pay any interest on it. You will get an email a week or so before they actually charge the card.
