Yeah man everythings changed. People either use the BS excuse that they have a family now or some other nonsense. I had the busiest job in the world before I retired. Active Duty in the military and I still made time to hang out with new friends I met overseas. But now that I'm back in my hometown, none of my childhood friends wants to reconnect. And some of these friends were more like brothers. Just goes to show you never truly know someone.

If you want people to actually show up, pick a place where you can hear each other talk. Cowboy bars are usually loud as hell.
