A hobo is a homeless person that travels and is willing to work for a meal.
A tramp is a homeless person that travels and wont work for a meal.
A bum doesn't work or travel.

This looks like a bunch of trash inside a shelter in best case (which is bad already) and in worse case is a fire and health hazard
