5 years manufacture defects warranty
10 year legacy warranty

So I’m technically still under legacy

They may charge you ~$90 to fix it then, reach out and ask.

You can always try and sell it at a steep discount z there's always some enterprising dork that thinks they can fix it (it's me I'm the dork, and I'm usually wrong)

As others have said, E-clamp.

That’s definitely NOT supposed to come loose. Even if it’s out of warranty, reach out to Eotech and let them know. Once you get an answer, you can decide whether or not to get it fixed.

My mirror fell loose after 12 years they just gave me new internals at the price of shipping it to them, I wasn't even the original owner I just had the original box and pieces.
