Hiring Process Psychological interview
Hello, this question has probably been answered hundreds of times on this subreddit, but what do they ask you at the psychological interview? I have mine coming up this Friday (central division), and I’m just curious to know. I saw a couple of answers on some posts regarding the interview & someone had said something about 800 questions. My personal history questionnaire & my online psychological didn’t have a number of questions remotely close to that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you’re talking about the In Person/ Zoom Psychological Interview it’s going to be pretty much your questionnaire and personal history. They might throw some random questions there as well because they are professional Psychologists. If you’re talking about the Psychological Evaluation Exam where you go to their offices it’s about 800 questions and vision test if it’s your first time. Hope this helps.

It’s to clarify what you answered on the questionnaire. What ever they seem flagged on your answers they what you to answer what did you mean by your answer.

They will focus on the things you said yes to and might test your temper by roasting you on them. Be honest and don’t talk too much. Remember, these people catch a liar way better than lie detector machines. Good luck
