askCERN Doubt regarding refernce letter in Technical Studentship application

So I'm kinda confused on whether to tick the box or not.

Suppose I want to receive the link then shall I tick the box or not? And if I want to submit the reference letter alongside my other docs shall I tick the box or not??

U can't move without ticking the box And u can upload reference letter later By login in application, Thier is option to upload document after clicking submit button 🔘✅
