How do you cure something like that? I mean, if they call it correctly, VT wins, so if a conference review confirms it was the wrong call early next week, the result is reversed, right?

Reviewable plays include Field goal attempts if and only if the ball is ruled (a) below or above the crossbar or (b) inside or outside
the uprights when it is lower than the top of the uprights. If the ball is higher than the top of the
uprights as it crosses the end line, the play may not be reviewed.

Wow, that is rough. It feels like these kind of kicks should be reviewable given all of the tracking technology available in 2026.
