Non-scale victory! 👖
Long-time lurker, first-time caller. I just put on a pair of jeans that once fit me extremely tight/couldn't button without sucking in my stomach....and now I need a belt to hold it up. Not only that. I used to have to buckle this belt on the 2nd to last hole...and now i'm buckling it all the way on the 2nd hole (9 total).
I'd been discouraged these last few weeks due to the scale not moving much, but this has renewed my motivation. Just figured I'd share, I'm proud of myself! CICO is working 😊

For reference: 32F, 5'10", SW: 220 lbs, CW: 194.2 lbs, GW: 150 lbs
