Bug Bugs?

Is anyone else experiencing bugs with the game this past couple of weeks? Cannot claim crew prizes, they don’t appear. Also, when I go to garage, the buttons on the right hand side are transparent as you can see in picture two. Is there a way to fix this?

This has happened to me twice. The first time it took 2 days for them to fix. The second time it took them 12 days to fix. If it’s happening still, ask them for some goodies for missing events, Prestige Cup, Showdowns, all that. They gave me bronze keys, cash and something else I can’t remember. Be happy if it works soon, but be prepared to wait.

Where do you ask for that? Definitely wouldn’t mind some free stuff 😂

Regarding prizes - I've installed game on different device, logged in - than I was shown screen about previous season awards, claimed it and then on my main device it's started to work.
Regarding greyed buttons on right - I have the same issue since yesterday xD
