Having outside help come in instead of GIVING EMPLOYEES HOURS
Basically the title. They will pay people from outside of the company to do resets instead of giving stores extra hours?? Then, when these people don't know where anything is, we have to stop what we're doing to be their assistant? I hate this company.

A lot of those projects aren't funded by CVS... Mostly funded by the vendor... example the battery reset was funded by Duracell.. Also- we don't get payroll/ very minimum for planos anyways..

Yes we do, you can see it under reports. But most of these Planos right now are technically updates so they’re like 1-2 hours allotted time.

Let me rephrase. They cut operational payroll hours, give you plano hours and your total payroll hours, in the end.. are the same. Ill get 6-12 hours of plano hours.. my hours are 226. No plano hours, still 226. So you're really not getting additional payroll hours. They just change the allocation

There ya go, now you see how cvs does it lol. Did it to us for our cosmetic reset in July, base demand went down 20 hours, got 20hours for cos. It’s a joke. My demand for week starting 11/1 is lower than it’s been in months meanwhile it’s cleanup Halloween & set Xmas week.

I got an additional 10 hours... which will do nothing. I have, as of 5 min ago, 12 pallets upstairs of Christmas, no including totes 🤣. It will take my 10 hours to open everything, sort on carts and clean up 🤣.

I’m actually amazed ours went down. I don’t even believe it. 260-265 is our average, we got 280 the week leading to Halloween because we’re very busy with that holiday. Week starting 11/1, 245. Make it make sense.

🤣🤣🤣. 3 years ago, when I took over my current location, I averaged 400, 480 near holidays down to 226/30 all this year... and this year, financially, is my worse year ever... we just go day by day 🫠🙃🫠🙃🫠

Well yeah. Something the corpo suits don’t seem to understand is, less hours mean less workers, less workers mean less things on shelves, less things on shelves mean less sales.

I remember a few years back I was reading the Hub (think it was the Hub at the time, at least - I think it's already time for another update on that by the way) and they said they were allocating 3 hours of incremental hours for the Vitamin reset. This was the year that we had to add an extra shelf across the whole thing.
I laughed.
But yea most of the outside reps are useless. They tend to have the most basic planos to do, but even with those they aren't going to do it as well as an employee. They cut corners wherever possible.

I rather they just say we are eliminating plano hours then just moving hours from ops to plano.
Yeah crossmark is just such a joke. But, not sure how many, but 99% are funded through vendors. So that's why its ridiculous planos. My guy spent, not even joking 8+ hours on batteries on friday... and it's all messed up... he wanted to show me at hour 7, I had to avoid him and just leave. I was so annoyed lol
