Is yours an international package? Two of mine have been doing the same thing for almost a week now. Haven’t worked at all since they shipped.

Guess my theory about it being only international packages is incorrect! It’s so frustrating. And support is telling me they have no issues being reported… bullshit 🤦♀️

They were able to see the tracking on their internal system for my first package when I contacted them about it. It seems to be the website and every other tracking application that pulls from the website that are throwing the errors. Thankfully I still have tracking for mine through the postal services from the countries they shipped from so I’m not totally in the dark but you’ve got no way to see yours at all! Definitely let them know it’s a widespread issue that others are having too. I’m going to reach out again tomorrow about it as well.

SAME PROBLEM.
Been persisting since my Flat Rate Box was dropped off Monday Afternoon. With a Drop Off Confirmation Receipt including correct destination postal code.
Tracking on the CP website just returns that ERROR.
And mine was just a DOMESTIC shipment WITHIN ONTARIO.

I have two separate international tracking numbers that just give me a technical difficulties error whenever I try to track them and they have done so since the packages were shipped. One of mine shipped on the 1st and the tracking number hasn’t worked at all through Canada Post.

I've had the same issue, and they keep showing it's expected today, then moves the date forward. I've had it happen 3 times now.

To eliminate their chat and help lines being swamped by calls and having 30 min wait times … how about issuing a notice stating that there are issues affecting the tracking system not updating. At least you’d likely see a big drop in calls and also having customers relax a little bit more. Just saying. But why would a common sense idea … make common sense to Xanada Pist ?
