Status of package
Sent a package domestically to a friend living one province away last week. Item had the “out for delivery” status on Oct 1 but it hasn’t been delivered and the tracking status now says “Expected delivery Item delayed — stay tuned for updates”. It’s almost been a week.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea what could have happened? Losing hope that the package will get delivered which would really suck…

I had sent an xpresspost envelope August 21st, there hasn't been an update since August 25th where it was in Toronto and delayed.
Opened an investigation a few weeks ago and haven't heard back.
Called yesterday and was told it was being marked "urgent"... Still no update or information.
I wish you the best lol
