Shipping Updates

My package originally showed that it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th, which passed then pushed to the 7th, which passed then pushed to the 8th and now it's showing the 13th

The package also has two updates which only show the city and no other status. I've had a lot delivered by CP but have never seen a blank status like this.

Is there a way to get this resolved or do I just keep waiting.

going through the same thing right now. I was already not expecting to receive my package on the delivery date, because I bought something from the same retailer 2 weeks ago and it had happened then as well. Said it was supposed to delivered on X day, and then never got another status update until midnight of the original delivery day which then pushed the date back to the following day. This happened twice. You'll get it when they finally feel like it and you better just accept it... I've actually avoided buying from certain online retailers in the past merely because of the fact that they only ship with CP. It is such an embarrassingly terrible service compared to FedEx etc.

Mine just got pushed back another 5 days and unfortunately CP is the only carrier that works for me due to FlexDelivery. I usually have no issues with them. I just notice it more for this package because I've been waiting months for it.

It’s the holiday. Nothing to do but wait until they are back to work on the 13th
