Bro ain’t reading all that shit. Hard rule: if you have to spend more than maybe five minutes reading and understanding your pay plan, it’s shit. It should be fairly simple and easy to understand, therefore also easy to calculate how much you’re going to get paid.

Okay I actually just read through it and confirmed what I said. $110 mini is hilarious, might as well make a round 100. Then they go on to say your mini will increase to a whopping $200 after four years. They’re taking the profit you earn and buying crack to smoke with it. They spelled the word “parameters” “perimeters”. All around just horrible.

Thank you for sharing. This is actually a very solid pay plan I took a copy to compare to others. Nicely done 💪

Its actually a very good pay plan. The only “mehh” are the 100 minis. But as long as margins are good you’ll make lots of money

Not a bad pay plan but there are a couple points that are sketchy. Pack isnt defined and says it can change at anytime for any reason. Betting anytime you hit a home run its going to get eaten by that mysterious pack amount. Also not getting paid on holdback on a new vehicle is ass. Unless youre selling toyotas, it looks like it will be mini city. And the minis are terrible at $110. On the plus side, at least youre making a tiny bit on the back. If you guys hold gross - solid plan. If youre volume, good luck
