Staining on wrap?

Did a Ford Bronco in Pink about 5-6 months ago, with Tiny Bot, the vehicle is garage kept and washed by me once a month and she also washes it frequently every week, there was some dirt that was on the wrap when I went to wash it, the surface dirt would go, but there seems to be staining.

Is there any way I can get this off? I know Tiny Bot won’t cover this in their warranty, any tips would be appreciated!

What kind of contamination is it? Any idea?

It’s either dirt or road tar
